“Individuals speak about Jeffrey Epstein as if he’s particular or as if he’s mysterious indirectly,” Lucia tells Annie Kelly. “That takes away from the reality of it, which is that there are many individuals like him.
“This sort of factor occurs in neighbourhoods all around the world, in establishments all around the world … it’s the identical playbook on a regular basis.”
